About Shuttle

Since as early as 2001, Shuttle has epitomised the Mini-PC. The space-saving PCs have continued to develop ever since. From generation to generation, they have sometimes got bigger, sometimes smaller, have had new functions added and occasionally have lost some too. As we are always keen to receive feedback from our users, many of their suggestions have been incorporated into new products. Our aim is and remains to develop impressive, reliable Mini-PCs that excite the end user.

PCs made in Germany

All of Shuttle's complete systems are made in Germany. Starting from a hardware base, Shuttle’s own Barebones, consisting of a chassis, Shuttle mainboard, cooling system and power supply unit, all the components that are required for the all-in-one system are added, an operating system and other software is installed if you wish, and the finished device undergoes intensive testing. All this is done in northern Germany by an experienced team in a very short space of time. You can rely on this.

Individual specification from 1 unit

Not an off-the-shelf device, but instead one that is customised precisely to your requirements. Shuttle produces a tailor-made PC, reflecting your wishes. The motto here is build-to-order, which means we only start building once we receive your order - whether for one machine or 1,000.

Tested components only

Every component that we procure externally (processors, memory modules, drives, graphics cards etc.), undergoes intensive compatibility testing before it is approved for general release. So you can rest assured that the components on offer in this shop will also work reliably in everyday use.

Ready-to-connect solutions

Unpack, connect and off you go. The Mini-PCs which are offered here are supplied ready to connect. If you have chosen a model with an operating system, you can start the initial set-up straight away. Compared to Shuttle’s second product line, the Barebones, there is no need to procure components or assemble the device. You can put your time to much better use.

Multilingual customer service

Shuttle’s European subsidiary speaks many languages. As well as English and German, you can also communicate in French, Turkish or Polish with our sales team and service department.

Rapid assistance when service is needed

Many complete systems made by Shuttle with a Windows operating system feature a two-year hotline service including a pick-up and return service (PUR) for end consumers.

- PUR service means a free pick-up, repair and return of the machine if the problem cannot be solved by our support team. Note the PUR terms and conditions based on your geographical location.

For our resellers (or B2B customers), Shuttle offers two years of PUR and in addition a direct RMA service (DIR) for one year. This service can be extended at a cost.

- DIR service includes free repair and return of the machine. You must pay for the transport to Shuttle.

Up to five-year warranty

In addition to the comfortable level of service that is already included for Shuttle complete systems, you can add up to two more years of warranty services when you make a purchase. Make your selection while you are compiling the PC.
